The Devil stood on Bradley Moor
And heard the forges roar.
Quott he: "I've heard a row in Hell
But none like this before."

The name "Bradley" derives from the name "Bradeleg". It is situated ¾ mile south of Bilston town centre. The name means "the clearing in the forest" and is pronounced "Braidlee.". The village can trace its history over a very long period and has its own entry in the Domesday Book.

Bradley is now a shadow of its former self.
